Mesh belt dryer is a continuous convection chamber dryer. After wet material is evenly spread over the drying belt ,the moving belt transports the wet material through a drying chmaber in which hot air is circulating. Hot flow evenly penetrates through the wet material for heat transfer and carry away the evaporated moisture . When the wet material reacheds the other end. it will be dried for discharging . The following picture shows how steam-heated single belt dryer works.
 

Feature of mesh belt dryer

1 This dryer is made of 304 stainless  steel plate , the conveyor belt is made of stainless steel chain or belt and it adopts stepless speed regulation mechanism.

2 The haeting component adopts FIR quartsz heating device or gold plating quartz device equiped on the top of baker where reflecting mechanism is also equipped to enhance heating efficiency.

3 The dryer is equipped with electric control cabinet and the temperature can be controled

4 It adopts class to vertical purifying air to cool the material which ensures the material under strict condition of bacterium and earth free.

5 The thermal insulation layer of oven adopts fine glass contton and alumina support as the insulation material to guarantee good property of humidity preservation.
